Are your 3D printed parts strong enough for industrial use?
Absolutely. Unlike hobbyist printing, we offer Industrial 3D Printing services utilizing SLA (Resin), SLS, and FDM technologies with engineering-grade materials. We print with Carbon Fiber reinforced Nylon, High-Temp resins, and durable ABS-like materials suitable for end-use parts, jigs, fixtures, and functional testing in harsh environments like Oil & Gas or automotive sectors.
Q: Can you reverse engineer broken or legacy parts?
Yes. If you have a broken machine part or a legacy component with no existing blueprints, we can reverse engineer it. We measure and analyze the physical part to create a precise 3D CAD model and generating new 2D manufacturing drawings. We can then reproduce the part using 3D printing or send the files to a machine shop for CNC machining.
Q: How fast is your turnaround time for local Houston clients?
